Callie Chapman is a graphic designer (web + print), projection designer, arts marketer, and choreographer from Boston.  For the past 15 years she has worked as a freelancer tackling many projects that vary from designing a simple website, to organizing and designing a 100+ page membership directory.

For the past 11 years she has worked as the marketing and design associate for Boston Dance Alliance managing all print materials as well as designing and maintaining the web presence through the website and various social media platforms.  In addition to designing BDA’s logo, Callie has developed the brand for the organization allowing for recognition throughout the Boston dance community (and beyond) helping the organization gain its reputation as the resource for dance in Boston.

As a freelancer Callie has partnered with dance and arts organizations in an effort to strengthen the visibility of dance to the general public through publicity materials which include: websites, videos, social media campaigns, email campaigns, printed materials.  Along with strategy and insight Callie hopes to continue serving the arts community press forward into new heights of professionalism through strategic marketing and design.

As a choreographer of Zoe Dance Company, Callie has learned and utilized projection design into her work.  In addition to implementing video projection internally, she has worked with Odyssey Opera, Prometheus Dance, and Tabula Rasa on projection designs in a live performance settings.
